Health is the
general condition of a persons mind and body, usually meaning to be free from
illness, injury and pain as in good health or healthy. Health is a positive
outcome that is meaningful for people and society. Health integrates mental
health (mind) and physical (body) health resulting in disease
prevention and health promotion.
